D. Oltmann Reederei is a commercial ship management company, based in Bremen. Established in 2006 as a spin-off from D. Oltmann, we benefit from a history of 125 years and became one of the world’s top providers of container tonnage. Today, we operate a diversified fleet of 14 vessels with capacities ranging from 3,600 to 10,100 TEU – many of them easily recognizable by our brand prefix RDO in their names.

Our focus is on medium-sized post-Panamax container ships, which play a central and flexible role in global freight transportation. We aim to provide liner operators with reliable and efficient vessels. D. Oltmann Reederei has gained a reputation as a quality-focused shipping company.
